Blind spot?

Actually, posting about Martin Luther King Day makes me wonder how many US bloggers will comment on it. It seems to be something of a half-hearted holiday over here, more politically correct than passionate, despite King being the only individual American with a holiday celebrating his life and work. I'll be interested to see what happens.
