More Chocolate Martinis
It's been another chocolate martini sort of evening (it's unseasonably warm in the UK and these are chilled despite the preparation method), with good friends and fine chocolate. Tonight's ratios:

1 bar Green & Gold organic cooking chocolate (150g)
200 ml vodka
100 ml curaçao
200 ml coconut cream (not coconut milk)
100 ml single (pouring) cream

Tonight I reserved one strip from the chocolate (about 20g) and grated it finely as a garnish - otherwise the same method as before (melt chocolate in double-boiler, slowly stir in vodka then shake with everything else with plenty of ice and serve in small martini glasses).

All five consumers agreed this ratio seems to be perfect so I think we'll be sticking with it. Served with chocolate truffles and accompanied with conversation about delicious things including poetry by Mary Oliver.
