Crocus Patterns and Patents Croak

The tessellated patterns made by the gorgeous blanket of crocuses (or crocii as people keep telling me) is irresistible and I just used up 1Gb of disk in no time at all recording it for posterity - as I do every year!

And today the sky is blue, the blossom is out on the trees, the air isn't too cold and best of all the European Parliament seems to have finally worked out that the software patent directive needs serious rework and told the European Commission to go away and start again. At least, assuming there are no more fishy "fishery meetings".
