Service in the UK Sucks

My Pipex DSL service failed around midnight last night. Pipex are quoting me six days to get it resolved. Can anyone recommend a DSL servcie provider in the UK that will offer actual support rather than scripted customer abuse when I call?

Try IDNet (www.idnet.net), phone answered by a human, who knows what they are talking about, willing to go the extra mile and good stable high-performance service ...

Little bit more expensive, but not only do they have real techy hard nuts at the other end that really do know their stuff, they have an IRC channel that is manned 24x7x7. I have been with them for over 5 years now, and never looked back.
